1. English — Essay writing, letter/application writing, Odia-to-English passage translation, English-to-Odia passage translation, aur ek English passage ka summary.
2. Arithmetic — Vulgar fractions & decimals, HCF-LCM, simple & compound practice, percentage, profit-loss, mixtures, partnership, average, rates & taxes, insurance, square & cubic measures, time-work aur time-distance problems.
3. General Knowledge — Current events aur everyday observation/experience se related educated person jaisi knowledge.
4. Computer Science Test (Practical) — Paragraph formatting, table insertion, print/save skills, file transfer, website searching/browsing, downloading, e-mail, pen-drive use aur accounting programs.
5. Viva-Voce — Candidate ki alertness, outlook aur potential qualities assess ki jayegi.
6. Type Test (Junior Typist) — 400 words ka English passage diya jayega jise candidate ko 10 minutes mein computer system par type karna hoga.
7. Shorthand & Type Test (Stenographer Gr-III) — 400 words ka passage 5 minutes mein dictate hoga jise shorthand note sheet par lena hoga, phir 10 minutes mein computer par type karna hoga.

10. Employment Registration Card ki self-attested copy.
11. Odia M.E. standard test pass certificate ki self-attested copy.
12. Grade marks ko percentage mein convert karne ka conversion certificate (agar applicable ho).
13. Chaar recent passport size self-attested photographs.
14. Do self-addressed postal envelopes (5" x 12") jisme ₹56/- ke postal stamps laga ho, call letter dispatch ke liye.
15. SC/ST/SEBC candidates ke liye caste certificate (appropriate authority se, candidate ke signature ke saath).
16. Sports Person Identity Card ki self-attested copy (agar applicable ho).
17. Declaration ki candidate ka ek se zyada spouse living nahi hai (agar married hain).
