Eligibility & Age Limit
Age and eligibility are calculated as on 18 July 2026.

Minimum 18 years to Maximum 42 years
Age Relaxation

+5 Years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women (Max age 47)
Educational Qualifications:
- Clerk, Steno & Typist: Must have passed at least +3 (graduation) examination or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Must have passed at least a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. standard.
- Stenographer Grade-III Extra Requirement: Minimum speed of 80 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm in typewriting through Computer System.
- Junior Typist Extra Requirement: Minimum speed of 40 wpm in English typewriting through Computer System.
- Salaried Amin: Must have passed matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Must have passed Revenue Inspector Training for the Amin post.

Selection Process
Candidates up to twenty times the actual vacancy will be called for the written test based on a career merit list (HSC + 2 + 3 marks).
- Stage 1 - Career Merit List: Shortlisting candidates based on academic marks.
- Stage 2 - Written Exam: Written test for all shortlisted candidates.
- Stage 3 - Skill Test: Shorthand/Typewriting Test (Only for Steno and Typist).
- Stage 4 - Computer Practical: Computer Science Test (Practical) for all posts except Salaried Amin.
- Stage 5 - Viva-Voce: Final interview round.
