Important Note on Candidature
Reference: Candidature purely provisional hai. Recruitment process ke dauraan ya baad mein agar koi inadequacy ya deficiency payi jaati hai, toh candidature reject ho sakta hai. Interview Marks Distribution
Total Interview Marks: 100. Merit list sirf interview marks ke basis par banegi (koi written score nahi jodega). Assessment teen components mein hoga.

Qualifying Marks (Category-wise)
UR & SEBC
- Minimum 50 Marks out of 100 required.
SC & ST
- Minimum 42 Marks out of 100 required.
PwD Candidates
- Minimum 38 Marks out of 100 required.
Sports Persons / Ex-Servicemen
- Same qualifying marks as their caste category (UR/SEBC/SC/ST).
Bhai dhyan rakhna: Agar koi candidate qualifying marks secure nahi karta, toh post vacant rehne par bhi usko selection ka claim nahi milega. Qualifying marks se kam laane wale candidate automatically unsuitable maane jayenge.

Merit List & Tie-Break Rules
Combined merit list qualifying marks secure karne wale suitable candidates ki interview marks ke basis par banegi — utni hi jitne posts us discipline mein advertised hain.
- Agar do candidates ke total marks same hain, toh Domain Knowledge mein zyada marks wale ko higher rank milega.
- Uske baad bhi tie ho toh Pedagogical Skill ke marks dekhe jayenge.
- Fir bhi tie ho toh Advertisement ke Annexure-A Table 3B ke final score se decide hoga.
- Sabse aakhri mein, age mein senior candidate ko higher position milegi.

Candidates ko in documents ki hardcopy Interview Board ke liye laani hai — Name/Roll Number mask/erase karke layein, kyunki ye identity-less process hai.
- Annexure-I — List of Articles/Publications.
- Annexure-II — List of Books Authored/Co-authored.
- 4 sets of best 4 original publications/articles jisme candidate first ya second author ho.
- 4 sets of best 2 books originally authored/co-authored.
- Annexure-III — PhD Thesis ka 2-page brief synopsis, 4 sets mein.
- Annexure-IV — National/International Seminar/Workshop participation list.
- Annexure-V — International/National/State-level Award list.
Scrutiny ke liye original documents bhi laayein: PhD Thesis, Research Publications, Books, Seminar/Workshop certificates, aur Award documents — ye Commission ke concerned Section dwara verify honge before interview.

Interview Day Process
- Reception Hall mein draw of lots se Interview Board allot hoga, sabhi candidates ke saamne transparency ke liye.
- Jo candidate draw of lots ke closure se pehle nahi pahuchte, unko present candidates mein se kisi ek dwara draw karke board allot kiya jayega.
- Interview mein candidate ko system-generated Code Number se bulaya jayega — Name/Roll Number Board ko disclose nahi hoga.
- Pedagogy round mein White Board par 7-8 minutes ka demo/topic presentation hoga.
- Total 100 marks ka assessment — Domain Knowledge, Pedagogical Skill aur Research Orientation ke basis par.
