Eligibility Criteria & Experience
Age Limit ke liye cut-off date 01 January 2026 maani jayegi. Candidates ki age 21 se 42 years ke beech honi chahiye.
Educational Qualification
:
Candidate ke paas recognized University se Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) honi chahiye.
Mandatory Experience
:
Minimum 02 (Two) years of experience as a practising Advocate. Experience Certificate District & Sessions Judge dwara prescribed format mein certified hona chahiye.
Local Language
:
Candidate ko Odia padhna, likhna aur bolna aana chahiye (M.E. ya Matriculation standard mein Odia as a subject pass hona zaroori hai).

Selection Process
OPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor recruitment 3 stages mein conduct hogi. Final merit list Mains aur Interview ke total 650 marks se banegi.
- Preliminary Exam — 100 Marks ka objective test (MCQ/OMR/CBT). Ye sirf screening ke liye hai. (Mains ke liye 10 times candidates qualify karenge).
- Main Written Exam — 600 Marks ka Subjective/Descriptive test (4 Papers).
- Personality Test/Interview — 50 Marks. Mains mein qualify karne wale candidates (1:2 ratio) interview denge.
